ProAudits Terms of Use

1. The service

ProAudits is a cloud service for audits and checklists: inspection templates, checklists completed with photos, action plans, reports and notifications. It runs in the browser and in the iOS and Android apps, and is operated by AmbraiSoft (“we”, “us”).

2. Your workspace and its administrator

1. Whoever registers a company creates its workspace and becomes its administrator.
2. The administrator invites employees and manages the company structure, roles and permissions.
3. The administrator is responsible for keeping employee data accurate and for making sure the company has a lawful basis to process it, including any employee consent the law requires.
4. Anything the administrator does in the workspace is done on the company’s behalf.

3. Accounts and access

1. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone, or with a password.
2. Keep your access to yourself: never share codes or passwords, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Employees can only join a workspace by invitation.
4. You are responsible for everything done under your account.

4. Plans and limits

Every workspace runs on a plan that sets its limits, such as the number of users, templates, structure nodes and completed audits, and whether API access is included. Once you reach a limit you can’t add more of that item, but everything you already have stays available. Enterprise terms are agreed in a separate contract.

5. Your data

1. Everything your company and its employees put into ProAudits (checklists, answers, photos, comments, employee and structure data) belongs to your company.
2. We use it only to provide and support the service, and we never sell it.
3. We keep it for as long as the workspace exists. When the administrator asks, we delete the workspace and its data, except for anything the law requires us to keep.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

1. break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, or upload unlawful content;
2. try to reach other workspaces or their data, or get around plan limits or security measures;
3. overload the service, spread malware, or scrape data other than through the API we provide;
4. resell access to the service without our written agreement.

We may restrict access if these rules are broken.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep ProAudits running, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted: maintenance and outages happen. The service keeps evolving and features may change. We will let you know before material changes to these terms take effect; if you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.

8. Liability

ProAudits is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made on the basis of data in the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your use and deleting your account

1. You can stop using ProAudits at any time and delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account.
2. An administrator can ask us to delete the whole workspace by emailing us.
3. We may end access after a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
